my take on Katie's NYC look

 
I really enjoyed this super cute look sported by Katie Holmes in NYC. So, I decided to do my take on her look from what I could find in my own closet. Since my chiffon dress is already belted around the waist, I used the purse to bring in the brown.

My Look:
1. Dress - Lucy Love
2. Purse - Spring
3. Cardigan, Tights & Shoes - Walmart :D
